同一袋咖啡豆突然怎麼沖都會有苦味 - 咖啡討論

各位前輩好,小弟是剛入門手沖咖啡的新手
使用的器材是c40、V60塑膠版、一般手沖壺
剛開始嘗試的時候是喝西門蜂大的蜂大咖啡跟曼巴咖啡,24格、水溫89-91度、20克粉對3
00cc水,50cc水悶蒸30秒,之後125cc注水2次,每次沖煮風味略有不同但喝起來還算正常
。
大約在2個禮拜前嘗試了全聯賣的商業豆,是UCC出品叫冠軍監修的中烘培豆,分別是藍包
裝跟紅包裝

前1個禮拜嘗試用上述的手法沖煮,有感受到包裝上標示的風味(例如紅包裝的龍眼乾跟
青茶),味道也還算討喜。

大概在3天前改用16克對240cc水,嘗試了1:2:2:1的沖法,沖煮出來的咖啡出現很明顯
的苦澀味,之後調整了粗細(改26格)、跟縮短沖煮時間,還是一樣有苦味,甚至改回原
來的沖法卻找不回當初的味道。

因為這兩包豆子保存期限都可以到明年2月,也都開封沒多久,加上放在原排氣包裝密封
保存,豆子應該不會變質那麼快,目前靠自己排除了一些變因還是找不出原因。
害我都懷疑自己是不是確診了(笑),我老婆每天有跟著我一起喝,味道感受和我一樣,
這幾天吃東西味道也沒有異常,身體也沒有異樣,應該是可以先排除味覺改變的問題啦!
不過就真的很苦惱沖不出喜歡的味道,所以想上來請教各位大大,看是不是有我漏掉的盲
