烘豆後該冷卻多久 - 咖啡討論

今天到了一家咖啡器材行購物,看見老闆用竹盤盛裝烘好的咖啡豆,
老闆說要冷卻24H,其中每兩小時要去翻動一次,讓咖啡排氣,就不用再等
兩天後再喝了.有問老闆這樣不會放太久走味嗎?老闆說不會因為排氣是兩天
內都會排氣所以不會走味,而且這樣才不會出油.不知是否有網友們也是用
這樣的方式?
之前聽過的方法是烘豆後冷卻一兩個小時就可裝起來,請問版友們
可分享自己烘豆冷卻的方法嗎?謝謝
