手沖悶蒸階段破洞 - 咖啡討論

我是開接觸單品咖啡的新手
手沖方面更是新,莫約一個星期不到
經常遇到的問題就是膨脹時破一個洞或是膨脹到後期直接裂開orz

希望板友們可以協助找出原因以利修正
器材方面使用:
Hario VKB-120 手沖壺
使用電茶壺煮沸後倒入,90度時開始沖
Hario V60 02陶瓷濾杯
使用Hario VCF-01-100M 無漂白濾紙
豆子是中烘焙花神,4月中旬烘出,開包裝約10天
使用仿Hario的手搖磨豆機,粗細為一整圈(6格)
豆量為16g,沖出220cc
還有什麼資訊遺漏的可以提出會儘快補上
