小弟最近去了一間自家烘培咖啡,顛覆我對單品的觀感
,因此買了手沖器材,去蜂大買了哥倫比亞豆來沖泡,
但是遠不及我在咖啡店喝的薩爾瓦多波旁的那種多重層
次感,想請問一下,是不是豆子新鮮與否的問題,還是烘
培深淺,還是技術問題,或著是哥倫比亞豆的層次感本來
就很弱
另外想請問一下,台北哪有賣好一點的淺烘培豆
