今年一月開始學習手沖咖啡
越來越有心得之後
器材和咖啡豆也開始不停的買
(看到特別產地的豆都會忍不住手滑)
但儘管我再怎麼認真每天喝,
在學校沖給同學喝,
回家沖給家人喝,
仍無法消化我的存貨……
因此
悲劇來了……
為了保持新鮮,
我把半磅的豆子用塑膠袋包2層,
再用三層夾鏈的夾鏈袋包,
放進冰箱冷凍庫……
冰了2個禮拜後,
這週帶回北部學校,
今天很開心終於要喝它
袋子一打開,
用力的吸一下味道……

怎麼會是冰箱味
(內心在吶喊Nooooo!!!!)
用mini porlex磨碎後再聞
依然還是冰箱味
不死心的沖下去
喝了之後
這味道真的是……
完全不像咖啡
一點酸味都沒有
也不香,只剩苦味衝我的腦門
還有難以形容的味道
我問同學覺得今天我沖的咖啡有沒有什麼不同?
她說……嗯……上週的比較好喝
我要哭哭了
那半磅豆我完不知該如何處理
丟掉好浪費
但又嚥不下口
(本想裝沒事倒入班上的義式咖啡機給大家喝,但良心告訴我不能這麼做)
