vst濾杯粉量的問題 - 咖啡討論

小弟想請教版友兩個問題
機器是silvia + 901n
1.
最近買了vst 15g的濾杯 所以粉就應該用15g就好嗎?
現在用15g的豆子 研磨刻度2 (901N 買來無拆無清理過)
磨完裝進濾杯不會滿 盡量讓粉均勻後用力填壓
從無底手把看起來還是有點流速太快 開關之後5秒出咖啡 但是20秒就60cc
喝起來比原廠雙份濾杯17g(研磨刻度2.2) 味道稍淡 crema較薄
這樣的情況應該調整研磨刻度到15g可以流速正常 還是應該加粉量到17g呢?
2.
我打奶泡到50~55度左右關蒸氣 感覺已經夠混和 表面也油亮光滑
但是感覺要拉花時 圖案沒辦法往前推得開 會一直集中在中間
這樣是奶泡打棉的還不夠嗎? 還是奶泡溫度過高的問題呢?
