1.我目前個人私用的器材是GEE and 901N。
雖是新手,但也練習了好一陣子,沖泡出不輸星巴克的全自動咖啡拿鐵沒問題。
雖也喝過不少半自動營業機沖煮出的難喝咖啡...我是無法接受自己販售那樣的
咖啡的。
2.餐廳約有50個座位。
3.飲品的主力為咖啡(與一些自創的花式咖啡)。
4.初期將以店內販售為主,視情況再行外賣。
5.雖然還在考慮,但價格可能設定在中低價位,12~15oz 50~70元左右,
希望提供高品質與合理價位的咖啡飲料;想喝就喝,不用等到什麼半價優惠。
所以順利的話,預期低價可以換來杯數。
6.但我還無法確認屆時的每小時杯數為多少。
7.想購入20萬以內的營業用半自動義式雙孔機。會建議三孔嗎?
8.前面已有熱心版友推薦了一些機種,似乎都是小容量單孔雙鍋爐機...
請問這會比大容量熱交換機更適合我的需求嗎?
9.我沒有操作過營業機,但有實際近距離觀察過操作模式,最不一樣的就是
蒸氣強度...打大容量奶泡不用10秒!?品質也好。
其他特殊機能我不懂,但我的基本需求就是大量沖煮時espresso要穩定,
蒸氣要夠強夠持續。
10.雖是新手,但我有繼續鑽研沖煮技術與累積經驗的決心,但是目前沒有研究
配豆烘豆與單品的打算;計畫是以冰/熱咖啡拿鐵為主力,再以espresso
延伸出各種創意花式咖啡。
11.所以還煩請各位版友推薦機種。85度c用的SE200如何?
12.我知道營業用大瓦數的機種都需要獨立的220V電源,但"單相"我就不了解了;
台灣一般用電都是單相220V的嗎?我只要注意獨立電源即可嗎?
