前幾天路過東山
想起了以前別人帶我去吃的肉圓老店
很嘴攙的停下來點了一份
用低溫油泡的肉圓多少帶點油
覺得不適合夏天 所以就點了一份湯的
大骨湯把油膩沖掉後留下的是滿滿的米香
忘了形容這一家肉圓店的特色了
純白的外皮,有別於其他地方為了Q度加了地瓜粉
咬下去後吃得到甜香 一種很新鮮的米香
一面吃著一面感動 但又覺得奇怪
如果是米甜為什麼我吃的西螺.池上米不會有這種甜味呢?
把白飯含在嘴裡用唾液輕輕的化開
那一種甜也跟今天這一份肉圓皮完全不一樣
但是 這一種很新鮮的甜味 明明印象很深
我一定在那裡吃過
所以我用了一顆肉圓的時間 想起了2005年Subman給我
的那一批Isamali ,烘了四次唯一一次成功的那一批
濃濃的甜味又帶點野
那一種甜味我這兩年還沒有在別的店裡喝到
每一次點Isamli都會期待著那一種甜 卻又總是失望
還好只用了一顆肉圓的時間就想起了Isamali的味道
我咬著另一顆肉圓 一邊懷念著Isamali
做為旅途的起點 真的沒有比這一顆東山肉圓更適合了
