這次託朋友從美國帶回來
就是想試試看國外的烘焙程度是到什麼程度
結論是
1.豆子都很透
2.深焙豆含油光不出油
3.espresso萃出後,crema大概可以維持伍分鐘以上 <--最猛的一點
滿滿的都是柔順綿密的crema
只要奶泡打的還OK,應該很容易形成層次分明的圖案
4.不管是深淺焙豆,在口腔後段都會卡著一個味道,該稱為苦味嗎?樹皮味?
到底要怎樣才能轟出滿滿整杯綿密不會散去的crema呢?
