手沖壺: Tiamo 容量0.7L
溫度計: 90度
磨豆機: 小飛鷹
手法: 悶蒸+斷水法
咖啡豆: 20g, 磨4號(好大聲,想必很硬), 沖出150cc
風味:
乾香及濕香: 莓果味很強烈, 一聞就可以想像煮出來的風味
啜吸: 酸明亮, 位置很前面. 之前喝一些耶加如果太往酸甜走body會太薄
可是這支淺烘的豆子還保有一定的body, 且有延展~~
幾個人都不能接受這麼明亮的酸(a), 而且有喝到鹹味(b). 會回甘轉甜
(a). 不知道為什麼悶蒸不澎, 照理講很新鮮
用剩下的咖啡豆磨4.5號一樣不澎, 導致一加水就粉就平掉了..
有一部份外放的酸應該是翻滾不足 (是還需要養豆嗎?)
(b) 奇怪, 為什麼會喝到鹹味, 第二次用4.5號沖沒有鹹味
(疑似沖煮不穩定)
小結: 我想下次我會買. 可以想像下次只要解決悶蒸不澎的問題這隻豆子很~~好~~喝~~
