我完全是一個咖啡門外漢 但很有心想了解咖啡
所以也爬了大家的文 希望大家不吝解答我的疑問..
我很好奇 為何泡咖啡 要先磨到適當大小
再用濾壓壺來悶煮?
好像也有人用咖啡機煮..
(我有看到大家的文章討論到咖啡渣的問題)
我好奇的是 為何不乾脆 磨到超細變即溶
這樣用100度熱水一衝 馬上就能喝了呀~~
為何要大費周章
先磨到剛好大小用濾壓壺呢? 磨到超細變即溶不是很方便嗎?
