如題 在下是用塞風壺煮
一開始是用酒精燈 & 濾布
後來為了清洗方便改試了濾紙式的濾器
又後來為了追求穩定的水流 終於買了小瓦斯爐
下面是小心得和小問題:
1. 濾布的水流似乎比濾紙式的穩定
2. 換了小瓦斯爐 但是還是有不穩定的大氣泡上衝
想請教要如何做到有穩定的水柱於上壺 做均勻的咖啡粹取
感激不盡。
