小弟這兩天煮咖啡又有些問題了
我發現這兩天煮出來有點太苦
請問是要往減少萃取這方向去改進嗎
我接下來是要減少煮、攪拌的時間以及降低溫度
那我用距離調整大小時,火都會燒到上下壺接合處
這樣會不會很容易燒裂呢?
還有巴西煮出來的味道是帶有一點酸味,輕輕柔柔的
還是會有什麼果香味之類特殊的味道的嗎?
