原來磨豆粗細真的會影響口感 - 咖啡討論

最近在新莊某咖啡店,一個在社區教咖啡的老闆娘
分享了很多咖啡的知識,還很貼心的幫我把咖啡豆磨成兩種粗細
「不同粗細,回家試試看哪種比較好喝,你下次就用這種」
本來以為應該沒有差,但天啊竟然口感差這麼多!(細一點的比較香)
但我有疑問的是....
我用自己的600n根本磨不出這味道!
刻度2沒香味,刻度1.5又幾乎萃取不出來,很怕它爆機(EES200)
可是老師磨給我的卻是可以很順暢的萃取且有香味....
難道我該換磨豆機了嗎.....??
