持續大家交個朋友之外還有新的消息告訴大家啊啊啊

先從咖啡豆開始囉!
豆單如下囉!
1、衣索比亞 阿朵拉Kurume/可如蜜品種/水洗
風味參考:茉莉花、熱帶水果、檸檬柑橘、葡萄、甜桃、柚子、香水月季,糖漿甜感
烘焙度:淺焙/240/200g
2、衣索比亞長年獲獎產區-西達摩極品花后/日曬
風味參考:薰衣草、甘蔗、花香、多汁水果
烘焙度:淺焙/240/200g
3、衣索比亞西達瑪-邦貝日曬
風味參考:莓果、橙子、青檸檬、熱帶水果
烘焙度:淺焙/240/200g
4、肯亞AA-穆蘭卡如秋處理場/SL28
風味參考:花香,水果,玉米糖漿,焦糖,甜度高的水果風味,口感厚實
烘焙度:淺焙/235/200g
5、哥倫比亞-聖奧古斯丁(溫和風格,適合剛開始喝單品的朋友)
風味參考:焦糖、可可、杏仁
烘焙度:中焙/220/200g
6、印尼-爪哇島西部高地
喝膩了曼特尼,這次換選爪哇嚐嚐吧!砰出舌尖新滋味~

7、巴西芙卡盃競賽/決賽入圍得獎豆/品種: Red Catuai紅卡度愛

8、茶水間計畫-中深焙/250/450g
五種豆子分開烘焙後依比例拼配,適合美式、加奶配方
本次也有上架奈米量的小包裝

風味參考:水果軟糖、熱帶水果、蜜桃
(特殊處理法/老饕首選)
淺焙-衣索比亞-沃卡切切擂村G1慢速乾燥水洗處理法
風味參考:檸檬紅茶、柑橘
淺焙-衣索比亞-薔薇-日曬G1(台灣特製版)
風味參考:莓果、檸檬、伯爵茶
選豆方面指南 :
風味描述僅參考,會因萃取方式而有差異,建議以自己喜歡的口感來決定,能接受酸感、
喜愛有花果香的好朋友們往非洲豆選,不喜
歡酸的就往巴西、哥倫比亞、瓜地馬拉與印尼挑選囉。
包裝都是使用單向排氣閥夾鏈袋,豆袋上會貼上標籤寫上豆子資訊和烘焙日期與烘焙度,
