crema與濾紙 - 咖啡討論

我用Hario的法國壓
網很細,但難免會有細粉沉澱,是從網子旁流出來的。
有殘渣的缺點是喝到後面的味道明顯有過分淬取的口感,
想必是那一點點殘渣留著造成的。
於是我用濾紙,殘渣完全不見了。
原本有那一點點的crema,似乎也跟著濾掉了。
有人有這個困擾嗎?
