關於濾沖方式的疑問 - 咖啡討論

大家好,
小弟是咖啡新手,
最近打算入手一組濾沖式的器具,
看到「咖啡賞味誌」這本書對於濾沖作法有些描述,
不過看了之後有些問題,
書中提到使用濾紙方式濾沖的話,
約15-20g的咖啡豆對150-200的熱水,
這邊的熱水量指的是從手沖壺倒出來的水,
還是指濾到下方容器後的量呢?
如果是從手沖壺的量來看,
那是不是就得準備有刻度的杯子先量過水量後再到進去手沖壺?
這樣不是溫度又掉了許多嗎?
