從2個禮拜前開始練習手網烘豆,也搖了快5公斤的豆子
起床都覺得手臂跟手腕在痠痛,不知道搖手網有沒有重訓長肌肉的效果XD

有在烘豆的板友們挑豆時有沒有跟我一樣的感覺
到底這顆要不要挑掉呢?那顆好像也怪怪的?這顆好像沒那麼差耶?(搔頭)
天使惡魔就這樣演著天人交戰的戲,然後我500g挑了快1小時......
關於瑕疵豆的判斷,我主要是參考田口護咖啡大全裡的精美彩圖
我覺得其中最容易判斷的是發霉豆、發酵豆、黑豆跟石頭(?),顏色詭異或不均就挑掉
基本款蟲蛀豆容易解決,有些蛀在中央線兩端或是凹槽裡看不太清楚就要天人茗茶一下(誤)
死豆則是顏色較偏白黃(?)吧,遇見可能是它的時候頭上會充滿問號
未成熟豆的話,我完全不知道要怎麼判斷,是顏色嗎?還是大小或者硬度呢?
說到硬度,像圖中這種硬邦邦呈現深綠色豆子,它又是發生了什麼事啊~~~

最後就是貝殼豆了,相當好判斷(吧?)
像圖中只有中央線稍微歪斜的還是會讓我猶豫個5秒鐘啊

不過,今天稍早在挑昨晚搖的豆子時,看到了幾顆天人交戰後逃過一劫的貝殼

我發誓以後見到歪斜的中央線一定立馬挑掉......
最後,我想問一下如圖中的瑕疵豆,看起來像是去刮到車子烤漆的黑紋是發霉嗎?

分享一下登山爐手網烘豆的近況
不知道是不是火焰範圍實在太小,只要稍微提高手網,一爆的時間就會超過20分鐘
只好照BUMAS大的建議減少豆量,一次120g的話烘出來好看很多,一爆大約在13分鐘以下
搖了兩個禮拜我覺得我現在來甩鍋應該很強,手網烘焙教你如何第一次炒飯就上手(誤)
分享一下昨天的成果,跟之前相比均勻很多,也不太有焦掉的豆子出現了

下豆時間的判斷還是需要再接再厲,都是設定一爆密集下豆,結果差這麼多XD
