先上一張伊索比亞生豆常用名詞表
之前說過,伊索比亞新制,是瑕疵和風味並行,
以下為評分項目

生豆的外觀品質佔40%
一級缺陷(10%),二級缺陷(10%),外觀大小(10%),顏色(5%),異味(5%)
杯測部份佔60%
乾淨度(15%),酸質(15%),醇厚度(15%),風味(15%)
而分級依得分區間分類
G1 91-100
G2 81-90
G3 71-80
以下省略,應該沒有人會想買光陽G4(誤)吧.
