目前看起來許多板友覺得是
1.豆子本身烘焙上可能有瑕疵
2.水質過硬的問題
也有板友提到研磨度的部分 關於水質和研磨度明日嘗試後再跟板友分享

各位好
自己沖手沖有一段時間了,期間試過許多款豆子,從一磅400到一磅2000都試過
目前是使用 KS + V60 跟雜牌手沖壺
現在我有個問題,就是不管如何沖泡都會在舌根有酸澀的感覺
一開始試過把粉調粗有改善一些,也試過調低水溫
但最近好像又遇到瓶頸 就是沒辦法往更理想的方向調整
我希望能夠沖泡出甜感足而且有水果風味的咖啡
之前只有在藝妓的濾掛有試出喝起來有這種感覺的咖啡
想請問版上的前輩有什麼建議的調整方向嗎?
