目前用DF64 原廠刀 58mm 20g粉碗
最近喝淺焙ristretto有點硬體極限
有些豆子必須要用到m47去磨才夠細
之前試過ssp mp刀最後換回原廠刀
因為專門的義式電磨討論粗細的文不是很多
一般正常用其實也夠細
就淺焙ristretto磨最細塞最滿還是差了一點
不知道有什麼升級機器 或是升級刀盤的推薦
或是遇到這種豆子 就用大點的粉碗
或乾脆m47一次也只煮3杯 就硬幹過去
麻煩各位了
