關於手沖粉層形狀 - 咖啡討論

各位前輩,小的一直都有手沖粉層形狀是平底的問題,使用濾杯為V60。
要是咖啡豆是新鮮的就會有粉層口超大、平底的形狀。
若是不新鮮的咖啡豆 粉層就會是稍微比較標準的U形,粉層口小...
不知道是什麼原因,懇請各位前輩教學一下!
