問題 土耳其咖啡煮起來為何很稀 - 咖啡討論

不好意思,有在本版爬過文但還是找不到答案(・_・;
照著網路上的比例跟煮法
水量180cc 粉量是2茶匙半(用的是一般喝茶攪拌湯匙的大小)
然後在爐火上煮到冒泡離火
共3次
結果煮出來的口感 很像只有咖啡味的
熱水(汗顏)
想請教版上的版友,到底該怎麼煮才會像一般咖啡廳的口感呢?
希望有知道的版有能告訴我這正確的咖啡跟水的比例(>人<;)
p.s. 咖啡粉是用土耳其那邊的,就是細到像麵粉那種的
