前些日子買進了半磅小顆耶加
實在不曉得該怎麼說,這到底是咖啡豆呢還是廚房炒菜用的豆鼓?
外型有大有小,有歪有斜,有碎有扁,有皮要脫不脫
每次要煮都得先來一陣疙瘩
也許半磅兩百元無法要求太高的品質
也許是瞧過別人自烘的均一和完整感
也許是自己越來越挑嘴?
還是店家烘豆的品管沒有做好.....
想請問板上常網購的同好,是否也會出現類似的情形?
因為沒圖沒真相,就不討論店家了
煮著煮著就越來越想買個小小烘焙器具來玩玩看阿...
