請問有關咖啡渣以及低咖啡因可作的變化 - 咖啡討論

因為朋友知道我喜歡喝咖啡,但有時又會因為喝咖啡而不容易入睡,
上禮拜朋友來訪時就送了一罐lavazza的低咖啡因咖啡粉 http://tinyurl.com/2wfev4f
可是我平常不是喝外面賣的咖啡,就是自己泡三合一來喝
所以對於這種咖啡粉實在很苦手,發現兩個問題:
1. 咖啡味很淡,咖啡渣很多
這幾天試泡了幾次,發現咖啡味好淡
(我粉已經加蠻多,可是淡到我不敢加牛奶怕會變成有淡淡咖啡味的洗杯子水)
而且泡完的咖啡渣剩很多,我有爬了一下板上有關咖啡渣的文章,
可是我的咖啡渣的量幾乎就跟一開始加的咖啡粉量差不多,
實在讓我很懷疑是不是我泡的方式哪裡有問題?
沖泡方式
因為住在宿舍,沒有咖啡機.咖啡壺等板上常見的器具,所以我是直接用熱水沖泡,
第一次泡因為對這罐完全不熟所以沒有用濾杯,咖啡渣很多;
之後的幾次我就有用泡茶用的濾杯(類似 http://tinyurl.com/3xfjezc 這種),
因為我實在是被第一次泡的咖啡渣嚇到了,但渣的量依然是跟我一開始加的粉量差不多,
想請問是否是我的濾網太細,或是我的沖泡方式(or工具)根本有問題,
才導致咖啡渣剩很多且咖啡味很淡?
2. 這種咖啡粉是否有其他可作的變化?
除此之外,我也爬了文,大概知道可以加牛奶,
但是這款咖啡粉的口味真的 "很淡",想請問有沒有人喝過這款,
能推薦沖泡或變化方式給我嗎?
