新手問沖煮法 - 咖啡討論

我是最近才開始嘗試自己磨豆煮 咖啡的新手
對各種器材煮出來的效果其實不太了解
家人最近買了個摩卡壺 可能自己粉磨的太細了
煮出來又焦又酸,如果當他是Espresso的話,應該算是滿成功的吧 (笑)
不知道是因為粉磨太細了還是因為摩卡壺本來就是用來煮濃縮咖啡的?
如果我偏好喝類似手沖的單品,是否用美式壺較合適或是能推薦其他器材?
以前學生時在法國餐廳打工過,喝慣店裡的手沖。
現在外面流行的義式咖啡都喝不慣,無奈自己又沒那手藝
有不用自己手沖,又能煮出手沖口感的咖啡機嗎?
