我是用鋼杯手打奶泡,大家都說可以很輕鬆打出奶泡,
可是為什麼我老是屢戰屢敗...
冰奶泡的部分,幾乎是打不起來,溫度就是從冰箱拿出來的溫度,
用的是瑞穗全脂鮮奶,偶爾會有一兩次有一點點成功,
但也不曉得是為什麼XD
熱奶泡的部分,我是用隔水加熱,加熱到外鍋滾的程度
後來有想過這樣是不是溫度太高,不好打,
所以有試過在外鍋邊邊要冒小泡時拿起來,一樣也是打不太起來...
至於打的方式,我是按照版友的建議,一開始幾下大力的從上面壓到底,
之後就在牛奶液面上下抽動。
好想要打出綿密的奶泡阿...有沒有人可以指點一下,
為什麼大家都覺得簡單的東西我卻做不出來呢?
