各位板友好
今天第一次練習手沖,用的器材是Hario V60陶瓷(1~4杯用)跟Pearl horse宮廷壺,
配合Hario無漂白那款濾紙。
豆子是公館饅頭店買的淺培肯亞豆,買來到現在約兩週多,
平時是封口外加放保鮮密封盒。
今天參考精華區用郵筒一圈去磨,但一開始悶蒸時並沒有出現所謂的膨脹冒泡,
不知道是心理作用還是如何,感覺一圈下去磨似乎有點細(?)。
在萃取時,流速似乎比想像中快,悶蒸30sec加上加水時間總共約兩分半就兩杯了,
照網路有些說以萃3min為最適當的時間。
與賽風萃1分鐘比起來,喝起來的風味似乎沒有那麼強烈,
這比較像是手沖正常的感覺,還是萃得不完全?
又,請問流速過快,是磨得還不夠細嗎?亦或是維持的水位太高了?(大約濾杯2/3高)
