怪怪的豆子 - 咖啡討論

不知有沒有人用過這種怪怪的豆子,
話說這款豆子是我媽去馬來西亞玩的時候買的,
豆子不是一顆一顆的,而是周圍會包覆一層黑黑的東西,
聞起來有巧克力的香味,
磨豆的時候,似乎外層黑黑的東西含有糖分之類的物質,
所以容易沾黏於磨豆機,
用摩卡壺煮,一定會從壺子中間滲出黑黑稠稠的咖啡,
用義式咖啡機煮,會產生一種稠稠的黑色物質,堵注濾網,
咖啡一滴都下不來,我機器開了幾十秒,見咖啡一直下不來,
怕機器會爆炸,就立刻關掉,想取下把手,
居然拿不下來,後來花了好大的力氣才轉開,
似乎又是那個黑黑的稠稠的東西,將把手和機身接合處給黏住,
因而取不下來,之後就不敢再將這豆子放在機器裡煮。
