咖啡調味料-肉桂棒 - 咖啡討論

過年時採買年貨順到在中藥南北貨店買了一些肉桂棒($30/兩);我買的是肉桂(月桂)樹皮
直接切削~還算新鮮,不過是不是跟仿間最有名錫蘭肉桂有差否~不得而知~
試了幾次~肉桂棒如何在咖啡調製中當調味用呢?
每一壺(每次沖泡)取出一支肉桂棒
將肉桂棒在咖啡壺攪拌20~30秒
或是將肉桂棒放在咖啡杯當攪拌棒~攪拌時間也是以30秒為適宜時間~過久肉桂中藥味會
掩蓋咖啡的美味~
同時肉桂棒可重複使用;畢竟一支肉桂棒將近1~2元~
當然要放在嘴裡咀嚼當兒時零食何嘗不可(藥材行老闆娘說的~);只是滿嘴辛辣味,大概
2~3小時嘴裡沒口感吧(XD!!強者傻爸就嚼過~呵)
以上咖啡調味料-肉桂棒;試用後覺得可以提升中深烘焙咖啡的甘甜感~有加糖奶友人說調
味後口感甘甜醇美~淺焙著重香氣,水果酸甜咖啡就不建議加肉桂了~
至於研磨成粉直接灑在咖啡上~應該很少很少的量~不然整杯咖啡就像喝中藥的藥頭喔~XD
