咖啡添加物判別 - 咖啡討論

各位大大好:
之前在蝦皮買了衣索比亞 杜梅索咖啡豆,
處理法:水洗
烘焙法:淺中焙
風味:花香,檸檬,蜂蜜
袋子上寫4/12烘的,這幾天才拿出來喝,應該算是新鮮的豆子,
一入口有超濃的茉莉花香味,
聞著咖啡味也是茉莉香,
咖啡放冷了,茉莉香味也只是稍減些,沒有消失。
依我咖啡低手的程度,
每次咖啡風味我都只是約略參考,
沒有想到這次會讓我沖出一杯充滿花香,
一開始讓我信心大增,
連著幾天沖同支咖啡豆香氣完全沒減弱,
但是另一方面也讓我擔心起這咖啡豆是否有添加人工添加物(例如香精)的可能性。
想請問各位大大這支咖啡豆原本的茉莉花香就是如此濃郁嗎?
若是有添加香精的豆子又該如何判別呢?
