保存的問題 - 咖啡討論

之前買了一磅裝的咖啡豆兩包,都是以單向透氣閥包裝的,
剛剛去椰林精華區爬文,發現大家說已烘焙好的豆子最好兩週
內喝完,否則就要裝進密封罐中放入冷凍庫存放,但研究室的冰箱
小,沒辦法放進密封罐,所以我就異想天開地拿了一個新的塑膠袋,
直接將其中一包未開封的咖啡豆裝到塑膠袋裡,再以透明膠帶全部
黏得密不通風,最後放進冷凍庫中。
剩下那一包,我打算分裝1/3到超小型的密封罐,放進冷藏室,其餘的
2/3再如上述一般,以塑膠袋加上透明膠帶黏貼後,放到冷凍庫中,請問
這樣保存是適切的嗎?從冷藏室裡拿出來要手磨的豆子,是否要先讓豆子
回溫後再磨呢?
