因為工作所需,必須時常在外流浪,但是又想每天都能喝上一杯好咖啡牛奶(因為在外做
不成奶泡成不了拿鐵)
所以需要準備適合浪跡天涯的裝備
早先是minipresso + 匿名2義式鑄鐵刀盤
如此配合出品還稱不上espresso,但要擊敗西雅圖來的人魚也不算太難
直到今年picopresso問世,心中興起一陣喜悅,難道真有辦法在流浪的時候也能擁有一杯
好濃縮了嗎!
入手picopresso之後第一試便得到一杯不差的濃縮,於是心中起了癢癢:「那如果再升級
手磨呢…」
接下來就有了今天的分享XD
收到kinu m47 simplicity 之後,第一印象就是被德國金屬加工工藝懾服
非常細緻的車工,金屬光澤在陽光下一覽無遺

粗壯的金屬支撐結構令人相信刀盤能夠穩穩地置中

目前實驗結果:
咖啡豆:藏田 綜合豆(目視中深焙)
Kinu m47 simplicity 刻度:0.88(應該已經逼近壓力極限,之後會退到0.9)
Picopresso操作就是遵從原廠建議的流程:預熱、預浸、出液
要crema有crema;要body有body;非常可口又圓潤
(請見諒出外人只有保溫壺可用)

如此設定或許還不到攻頂,但是已足以讓我在漂泊時刻,孤獨啜上一口咖啡時,心頭還能
