本來都是喝中培手沖為主,因此有一把kmax,最近收到老公送的生日禮物picopresso,因
此嘗試看看做義式咖啡。還請老公試喝,但試了四次都是太苦為主,第一二次還太酸,老
公表示喝的很痛苦。
面對義式我實在是新手一枚,但希望義式咖啡風味有出來,除了第一次條件沒記,就把三
杯資料記下來希望大家給個建議,感謝大家。
咖啡豆為咖啡展購入的悠樂咖啡“The world Expresso blend”
沖煮條件如下
1: 18g kmax 3.5刻度 90度,沒預熱,預壓8下,等10秒, 太酸太苦沒有泡泡層,咖啡液30ml
。
2: 18g kmax 3.5刻度 100度,預熱,預壓8下,等10秒, 太苦不酸,微細沫。
3: 18g kmax 3.7刻度 100度,預熱,預壓10下,沒等10秒,太苦不酸但苦有改善,沒細沫。
補充2.3.獲得咖啡大約35-40ml。
希望抓到條件,不然這把機器被封存機率很高....,機器手感很好,自己作不出來好咖啡
也是挺沮喪的,拜託大家提點除了這些參數,是否還有什麼事項要注意!謝謝了!
