今天第一次試bialettei的brikka加壓摩卡壺
困難重重
所以來請教高手們
第一次煮
咖啡粉裝8-9粉滿
水溫溫熱偏熱
咖啡豆是金杯咖啡,
粉是星巴克磨的,有說要用摩卡壺。
煮了大約10分鐘
中間有流出一滴咖啡
後來都沒流出咖啡
決定放棄關火
旋開瓶身
Gosh下杯水已燒乾
到底是什麼問題導致咖啡流不上來呢?
打電話問bialetti公司
他們說咖啡粉一定要加滿
這是真的嗎?
因為爬文版上有人說不用加滿
第二次
重新填入咖啡粉
鋪滿
用溫水
煮了七八分鍾未流出咖啡
打算放棄之際
突然司~一聲
咖啡液噴發
濺得瓶身和瓦斯爐都是
嚇死我了
好怕太靠近看臉會被燙到
請問是哪個環節出問題導致快速噴發?
我是用瓦斯爐,有架個小鐵架墊高
火轉最小那一圈
另外
煮時上下杯口之間
有濺出幾滴水
這正常嗎
