個人覺得
會造成山丘狀是攪拌方式造成
而body是否煮出又和攪拌方式有關
所以body厚不厚實&是否成為山丘(球)狀
都是果 不是因
而此二果是否又會互相影響
敝人實在找不出足以印證的有力證據
但又因為有喝過 明明不是山丘狀但卻又body足夠的咖啡
(指同一包豆子但不同人萃取的結果)
所以覺得山丘和好喝咖啡並無直接關聯
因為
只要用心 就是一杯好咖啡
