新手發問 問了奇怪的問題還請大家包涵
我想問的是
經爬文看到影響風味的因素有
豆種/顆粒大小/沖泡方式/濾紙選用/其他高手請補充
新手還在摸索不好買太高價的器材
只能買店家今日現烘的帶回家
但是顆粒大小/沖泡方式/濾紙選用
我的判斷是還滿隨個人主觀判斷的 個人習慣喝哪種的問題
沒有高下之分
如果購買當天現烘的豆子
然後回家直接磨 剩下豆子放冰箱或防潮箱
這樣是最好的狀態?
