調和豆的選擇 - 咖啡討論

講到調和豆,常常都是義式咖啡在使用。
而使用虹吸壺或是手沖咖啡時,較常使用單品豆(當然,也有SOE的做法,不過那就是另
一回事了)。
曾經用虹吸壺煮過義式調和,但是味道過於苦,澀味過重,甜味及香味出不來(當然不排
除是個人技術問題)
請問各位:市面上有無適合虹吸壺或手沖的調和豆呢?(台北為佳)
希望是比較沒有酸味,口感平衡的豆子。
