記低溫手沖 - 咖啡討論

很少使用85以下的水溫,
不過#3475文中chloro提到65度水,卻讓我迫不及待嘗試,
而且照害死人不長命jordan325建議,
直接加碼衝到50度^^
刻度沒變,用較小的水流。
悶蒸時幾乎沒澎。
(都是和前一天高溫(約88度)相比)
整體味道平掉了,不是無聊的平;
淡淡的,沒什麼怪味、雜味,
從遠到近整體糊掉。
後段舌面會有咖啡水—類似過萃—的感覺。
幾乎沒有回甘或餘韻,是比較糟糕的地方。
放冷之後,本來就少的味道會愈來愈少。
相較於高溫或低溫,
超低溫是另一種大相逕庭的味道。
蠻好玩的,沒想過這樣沖:)
