昨日烘焙肯亞AA FAQ
烘焙前有手工挑出瑕疵豆
烘焙悶蒸做的完全,
且下豆時機在一爆到二爆間,約中烘焙
豆色十分均勻,皺摺均拉平,外觀蠻漂亮
今日分享煮給同事喝,有高溫溫杯
90度C水溫,2:30秒完成1:15手沖咖啡
同事喝的感覺
飲用口感十分順口,沒有苦焦澀感
肯亞呈現的柔酸
只是為何承接壺咖啡到完,壺內溫度低些開始散出騷味,仔細聞有甜香,與甘草的香氣,
只是騷味比較多
咖啡豆烘焙,都有完置放常溫6小時養豆
為何還是有這類騷味阿?
