先說了小弟超菜,是真的不懂
關於摩卡壺經典及加壓在口感跟風味
應該是差異很大吧,
小弟不才沒喝過這兩種的差異
但光看加壓摩卡壺的影片,在萃取咖啡時,
光要用水蒸汽把咖啡往上推,
水在壺裡滾了超久,
這樣的咖啡能喝嗎?
只是為了達到義式的9bar?
但水溫都破100度了吧,
義式也只是90到92度
兩種摩卡壺煮的咖啡,
哪種會比較好喝?
