精品咖啡的咖啡因含量? - 咖啡討論

爬文時看到一般罐裝咖啡或是說平價咖啡的啡因會比較多。
平常我還蠻喜歡36法郎-曼特寧的,
上面標識:咖啡因,40mg/100ml+-20%
感覺好多呀!如果是水比水的話,就是四成咖啡因了耶! (此句大誤!)
那請問用比較好的豆子(感覺比較好就可以了…)
泡出的咖啡因含量是多少呢?
補:又突然想到罐裝飲料好像都會附註咖啡因不超過 500ppm
話說ppm不是百萬分之一嗎?和36法郎標的級數也差太多了吧!?
結:依衛生署每日攝取量 100-300mg 咖啡因
如果喝一杯500ml的咖啡飲料,
1. 且依 [新聞]94%現煮咖啡 咖啡因逾500ppm
表一、非瓶罐裝咖啡之咖啡因含量統計表
咖啡因含量(ppm) 件數 百分比 百分比
501-1000 21 25.0% 94.0﹪
==> 即攝取量約為 250-500mg 咖啡因
2. 若依 新鮮沖咖啡—130至680毫克/升 (爬文)
==> 即攝取量為 65-340mg 咖啡因 (以500ml算…我也不道大家都沖多少…)
(對照1. 數據相去不遠)
3. 若是市售咖啡罐以500ml,不超過500ppm來看的話,
==> 即攝取量為 250mg
所以雖然是買大概會以羅布斯塔咖啡豆為原料的罐裝咖啡,
如果是喝個一杯,也不會爆太多啦。
不過大概都不能續杯吧,哈~
