第一次泡咖啡…味道不對 - 咖啡討論

因為在宿舍,東西不是很齊全
首先
咖啡是是今天磨的,好市多盧達安(中度烘培?)的豆子
用eupa的電子咖啡機
因為第一次泡,水跟咖啡粉不知如何拿捏
大致到水位4,然後2~4人份的瀘紙裝約六分滿的咖啡粉
就直接按開始.....
煮好後,聞一聞,感覺不太對,好像有一點燒焦味?(正常?還是?)
就是沒有很濃郁的咖啡香
我我在想會不會是咖啡粉放太少? 該怎麼量放多少的粉
用量杯? 拿專用匙?
還有,水是要放一般溫度的水還是溫水還是煮過的熱水?
第一次泡,算失敗吧
不知過程有哪邊需要注意
