感謝網友KK的分享,雖然步驟很詳細,但我還是很可恥的失敗了。
失敗原因,疑似如下列變數:
1. 深鐵盤改成長橢圓便當盒,底面積不夠?
2. 沒有重量計,改用120ml體積左右的生豆,數量不夠?
3. 所用的老舊的東芝 810W 小型烤箱加熱效率比新買的好?
以上變數,造成在十分鐘內就全爆,成果是全黑然後失重,
連油光都快被拷光了!好吧!下次縮減時程再來試試。
另,請教各位大大,上列因素一或二的影響可以改善嗎?
我目前覺得是因素一應該影響不大,因素二則可能比較麻煩,
因為雖然是拿便宜的曼特寧試試,但一次是兩百公克失敗也蠻可惜的。
