在咖啡的發展歷史裏
一開始是山羊吃了咖啡豆
換言之,咖啡豆櫻桃不用去皮,不用烘焙,本身就應該很好吃
在台灣是有機會吃到的,不用光聽我描述,有空可以去體會一下
去古坑找老闆聊聊天,吃個幾粒
我說我的感想吧:
外面甜甜的,肉不多,裏面只好吐掉
這東西怎麼會好吃?
還是要嚼一嚼吞下去?
還是我喝過太多烘焙咖啡成見太多,其實嚼一嚼真的會很好吃?
就好像在喝單品之前,我一直不知淺焙的酸咖啡很好喝一樣
一般剛接觸的'黑'咖啡,大多是重焙,以苦味為主
所以我帶新朋友去喝咖啡時,他們大多會急著找奶精和糖的
好,把咖啡去皮去肉,在未烘培前的白色豆子也很好找到
很多板友都有自己烘豆
想請問的是,烘焙咖啡又是怎麼被發明出來的?
當年的咖啡發展史曾不曾從未烘焙開始?
如果曾,那我們就拿生豆來煮吧 :)
不過我無法想像它會有什麼味道
