會出現分離的現象嗎? - 咖啡討論

前幾天同事在早餐店買了一杯熱拿鐵,
忙了一整個早上沒喝,中午的時候送給我解決,
我從杯蓋的通氣口看到一堆很像泡棉的咖啡色雜質,
好奇把杯蓋打開,
看到奶泡變成一塊很像泡綿的東西浮在最上層,
覺得有點噁心,就用杯蓋把奶泡撥掉,
結果奶泡下面是接近清水的液體,我淺淺嘗了一口,有點咖啡味,
但是味道還是怪怪的,
就把整杯倒掉,倒到下層的時候變成比較深的咖啡色,
裡面有一些咖啡色的渣渣和一些白色的渣渣,
感覺真的挺噁心的。
想問問看拿鐵為什麼會變成那樣呢?(我們辦公室在山上,當天室溫應該不到15度)
是不是用料有問題?還是純屬意外?
因為我經常早餐買一杯大杯的拿鐵慢慢喝到下午,但是還沒遇過這種狀況。
