去上海前烘了一鼎焙度稍深了點的Elida,經過一番測試後覺得比較適合做成掛耳包。
所以~~~
免錢又免寫心得文的Elida掛耳包來了
簡單介紹一下烘焙相關數據:
總烘焙時間:12分30秒
下豆溫:207度
脫水率:12.8%
掛耳相關資訊:
粉量:12g
磨豆機:大富士
刻度:2.5
建議沖煮水量:濾出160cc(溫度/方式 隨意)
