摩卡壺煮的咖啡會比義式機的淡...
不過會比原本的風塞濃...
建議粉放滿,可以加張濾紙、用80度左右的水加至洩壓孔下
每次都煮整壺的先練手感與穩定性的味道..
熟練後..
在慢慢修飾杯量嚕
自己煮總是要花比較多時間的
不然就把豆子拿去咖啡店 請老闆幫你測到對的比例
你也一邊看著學~
醬子更快 可以以知道老闆的手藝好不好
