各位大大好,小弟目前剛踏入手沖的領域
在這一個月嘗試了 San jose 以及 肯亞AA 這兩種豆子
使用的手沖壺是Takahiro 0.9l ,濾杯是使用板上最近常出現的三洋101濾杯
磨豆機是porlex mini 轉12格磨一次後再多轉三格在磨第二次
分水比是1:10,用20g的粉沖200ml,悶蒸30s
能夠不斷水就不斷水,但是不是每次都可以控制得很好,主要是學習傻爸的沖煮方式
水溫嘗試從87~90都有嘗試過
不過在這些條件沖出來的情況下,都有感受到明顯的果酸
不過馬上都會有個澀味接著出現,不過都會馬上的消失,回甘
想請問這個澀味產生的原因可能會是什麼呢?
1. 粉的顆粒太小
2. 粉放太多,如果都只要泡大約200c.c左右的話
3. 豆子還沒養好就開始泡,剛開始練習都會迫不及待的去沖
4. 技巧還不夠純熟,這個部分只能在慢慢地練習了XD
