摩卡壺 - 咖啡討論

最近開始使用摩卡壺煮咖啡
因為我喝太多咖啡因會心悸
所以想找個方式把咖啡因去掉
之前有聽說用摩卡壺煮的時候不要把咖啡都煮完
因為後段的咖啡因濃度較高
也比較不好喝
但很難拿捏煮的時間!
要是只煮到一半很多咖啡粉都沒有過到蒸氣
很浪費耶
大家有什麼方式可以用摩卡壺煮出好喝的咖啡嗎?
至於咖啡因的部分
我知道可以用decaffaine的咖啡粉啦
